Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

- All accessories, manuals, and original materials must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products returned after the allowed return period
- Accessories that have been opened or used
Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method where possible.
Exchange Policy
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange for the same product depending on availability.
If the product is not available, a refund may be issued.
